## Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Dietitian to deliver individualized nutrition care and evidence-based dietary interventions for patients across various clinical settings. The primary responsibility includes responding to provider referrals, formulating nutrition recommendations, monitoring patient intake, and maintaining accurate documentation within the patient record. This role involves evaluating dietary data and performing comprehensive nutrition assessments for at-risk patients.

## Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nutrition care and evidence-based dietary interventions for patients across a variety of clinical settings.
• Respond to provider referrals for nutrition services, communicate findings to the healthcare team, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients with inadequate oral intake, ensuring appropriate intervention plans are established.
• Evaluate food intake data and perform nutritional intake analyses.
• Conduct specialized nutrition-related assessments and communicate outcomes to clinical team members.
• Perform comprehensive nutrition evaluations for at-risk patients and develop care plans.
• Utilize approved nutrition practice privileges and clinical protocols for interventions.
• Maintain required professional credentials, licensure, and competency standards.
• Reassess patients regularly and modify nutrition care plans as needed.

## Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements### Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• RD License required.

## Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience required.
• Must have hospital experience.
• Preferred: Several years of hospital experience.

## Schedule / Shift

In person - Monday through Friday, either 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
