Responsibilities:

• Overseeing front desk staff across Lake County offices.
• Managing property-level issues (e.g., coordinating with vendors/repairmen for AC leaks or building maintenance).
• Managing staff scheduling and ensuring adjustments are properly monitored.
• Providing a physical presence and occasionally filling in at the front desk if there are call-outs.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of consecutive leadership experience within a healthcare setting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive leadership experience within a healthcare setting (preferably eye/ophthalmology/retina specific, though broader healthcare is acceptable).

Hours: Monday through Friday, standard daytime hours (flexible but typically starting early, around 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM).
