Job Summary
Seeking a certified surgical technologist who will be responsible for assisting during surgical procedures across multiple specialties. The primary goal of this role is to ensure sterile fields, instruments, and supplies are prepared and organized for surgical cases. The technologist will work closely with a lead CST and surgeon and support room turnover and general housekeeping duties to maintain OR readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist during surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
- Prepare and set up sterile fields, instruments, and supplies for scheduled cases.
- Work closely with a lead CST and assigned surgeon/provider throughout the day.
- Assist with room turnover between cases, including cleaning and resetting ORs.
- Support general housekeeping duties as needed (trash removal, cleaning equipment, maintaining OR readiness).
- Pick cases and prepare supplies for upcoming procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and supply organization.
- Follow sterile technique and infection control standards at all times.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to maintain efficient surgical flow.
Qualifications
- CST certification.
- BLS required.
- At least 1+ years of experience in surgical settings.
- Comfortable working across Ophthalmology, GI, ENT, and Podiatry cases.
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in surgical settings.
Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to a high-volume surgical environment.

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work four 10-hour shifts with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.
- No weekends, holidays, or call are required.
