## Job SummaryOur client is seeking a skilled, patient-oriented X-Ray Technician to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic practice. The primary responsibility is to specialize in capturing high-quality musculoskeletal radiographic images, assisting orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams in diagnosing and treating bone, joint, and soft tissue injuries. The ideal candidate will maintain a compassionate patient care approach and thrive in an efficient, high-volume outpatient clinical setting.## Responsibilities- Perform high-quality orthopedic radiographic exams following established protocols and specific provider orders.- Prepare patients for procedures, verify identity, explain imaging processes, and accurately position patients.- Adhere strictly to ALARA principles, minimizing radiation exposure.- Process and review digital images, ensure accurate labeling, and transfer images to the PACS.- Maintain clean, organized x-ray rooms and assist with general clinical workflow tasks.## Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements### Education- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.## Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Tech.- Proficiency operating digital radiography (DR) equipment and navigating PACS and EHR systems.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.## Schedule / ShiftMonday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch, 40-hour work week)## Benefits
