Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Medical Assembler. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks related to the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical medical devices. The assembler will utilize established work instructions and SOPs to assemble electromechanical equipment, progressing from components to finished goods. All tasks must comply with the Quality System, SOPs, Work Instructions, Engineering Prints, and Bills of Materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products from components to finished goods following work instructions to meet customer demand and verify design specifications.
- Generate Quality System Records on applicable documentation as required.
- Perform timely transactions online using ERP/MRP system.
- Comply with Quality Policy, ESD precautions, and OSHA guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement, assisting personnel with process, documentation, and material improvements.
- Complete other duties or projects as required.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using mechanical assembly tools, experience with small part assembly.
- Team-oriented personality with good communication skills.
- High school diploma.
- Preferred: Direct electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Preferred: Mechanical assembly experience in a regulated environment (GMP).
- Preferred: Inspection and documentation experience (GMP).
Skills
- Proficient in using mechanical assembly tools.
- Experience with small part assembly.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork-oriented approach.
Additional Requirements
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Promote from within culture. Allowed to wear one Air Pod/Earbud while working.
