Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Epic Analyst to manage and support RTE build projects and Prelude/RTE maintenance. Key responsibilities include mapping payer changes, optimizing workflows, resolving errors, and supporting Prelude applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build experience to support mapping any new payers/plans or modify existing mappings due to payer changes.
• Optimize workflows by writing logic and rules (such as Rule Engine/LER rules) for automatic RTE checks.
• Monitor and clear error queues where eligibility checks failed.
• Flexibility to help optimize and maintain the Prelude application.

Qualifications

• Certified in RTE.
• Preferred experience in Prelude.

Skills

• Certified RTE skills.
• Workflow optimization and error resolution.

Additional Requirements

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
