Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst to lead optimization efforts, enhance scheduling workflows, and support patient estimate improvements. The role involves partnering with internal analysts to complete Epic optimization initiatives and providing guidance to reduce the workload on internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RTE optimization efforts, including mapping cleanup and workflow improvements.
- Enhance Cadence scheduling workflows, decision trees, and template configuration.
- Support patient estimate improvements tied to eligibility workflows.
- Partner with internal analysts to complete Epic optimization initiatives.
- Provide guidance and execution support to reduce workload on internal team members.

Skills
- Strong hands-on experience optimizing RTE workflows.
- Experience with eligibility mapping, payer configuration, and troubleshooting RTE issues.
- Experience building and optimizing Cadence workflows.
- Ability to configure and maintain decision trees, scheduling rules, templates, and visit type/provider scheduling logic.
- Experience improving Epic Estimates workflows.
Additional Requirements
Ability to support occasional evening/weekend scheduling updates when production changes cannot occur during business hours.
