Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Technician who will be responsible for conducting study procedures in compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements. The primary responsibilities include performing specimen collection, conducting vital assessments, and assisting in study-related procedures under clinical supervision while ensuring participant safety and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct study procedures in compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform specimen collection, processing, labeling, and transport.
- Obtain and document vital signs, physical measurements, ECGs, and other protocol-required assessments.
- Administer protocol-required meals and conduct participant compliance checks.
- Assist with dose verification and study-related procedures under clinical supervision.
- Monitor participant safety and promptly report adverse events or concerns.
- Maintain accurate study documentation, training records, and delegated task logs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and site safety standards.
- Support participant care, comfort, and retention throughout study participation.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and perform additional delegated research tasks as trained and authorized.
Qualifications
- Phlebotomy experience (either on-the-job experience or certified).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Interest in Clinical Research.
