Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Coordinator to support their operations. The primary responsibilities include collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients, aiming to provide a seamless experience for all patients.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of front desk experience
• Physician office experience preferred
• EMR experience, Athena preferred
• Experience with referrals and authorizations

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (Athena)

Additional Requirements

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
