## Job Summary
We are seeking an Echo Technician for our client, an established cardiology practice. The primary responsibilities include performing outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms, working within cardiology practice locations, and managing a full patient schedule of general cardiology cases focused on adult patients only.
## Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms.
- Work within cardiology practice locations.
- Manage a full patient schedule daily.
- Handle general cardiology patient population.
- Conduct standard transthoracic echocardiograms, strain imaging, and bubble studies.
- Focus on adult patients (18+).
- No inpatient work or TEE procedures required.
## Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements### Education
- RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification required.
## Qualifications
- RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification.
- 2-3+ years of experience in adult echocardiography.
- Preferred experience in a hospital-based environment.
## Skills
- Experience with strain imaging.
- Experience with bubble studies and structural heart patients.
## Schedule / Shift
8-hour or 10-hour shifts:
- 8-hour shift: approximately 9 patients/day
- 10-hour shift: approximately 12 patients/day
- 30-minute lunch
- Two 15-minute catch-up blocks built into schedule
