Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Liaison to join our client. This position involves performing all phases of sales and marketing activities within assigned territories, focusing on hospitals, physicians, payors, and home health agencies. The primary goal is to bring in new business, achieve revenue objectives, and increase market share. Responsibilities also include patient assessment, education, implementation of physician orders, and on-call responsibilities to provide 24-hour availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs all phases of sales and marketing activities for assigned territory.
- Focus on hospitals, physicians, payors, and home health agencies.
- Achieves net revenue and profit objectives to increase market share.
- Conducts patient assessment and education/teaching.
- Implements physician orders and develops/revises the Plan of Care.
- Monitors patient response to therapy and responds to emergencies.
- Communicates patient condition changes to supervisors and healthcare providers.
- Maintains proficiency in medical practices through continuing education.
- Takes on call responsibility for 24-hour availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of science in nursing with 3 years of direct patient care experience or associates degree in nursing with 5 years of direct patient care experience.
- Active RN license in GA.
- 3 to 5 years of nursing experience.
- BLS certification or the ability to obtain upon hire.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement.
