Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Medical Practice Representative to play a vital role in coordinating front-office operations and navigating everyday patient flow within a busy medical practice setting. This position is responsible for facilitating efficient check-ins, optimizing patient management systems, and accurately managing insurance verifications. Handling a high daily volume of 70 to 120 patients, the ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming, helpful interface while actively introducing efficiency tools to arriving guests
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination & Check-In: Efficiently manage patient arrivals, guiding and supporting a high volume of 70 to 120 patients daily.
- Kiosk Utilization Coaching: Actively encourage and assist patients with utilizing the self-service check-in kiosks, providing patient, hands-on guidance to an older adult population that may be hesitant to adopt automated technology.
- Insurance Verification: Perform foundational insurance verification tasks to ensure correct coverage details are captured prior to or during the clinical visit.
- Workflow Scope: Maintain an organized front-office environment dedicated entirely to standard practice operations (Note: This position does not manage specialty services or primary phone lines)
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare administration.
- Demonstrated reliability in previous positions.
- Insurance verification.
- Epic Experience preferred.

- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Skills
- Technical skills in insurance verification and Epic (preferred).
- Soft skills such as reliability and customer interaction are critical.
