About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient team in the vibrant, fast-growing Northgate area of Seattle. Our clinic serves a diverse urban community, providing comprehensive lifecycle care. In this role, you will act as a clinical anchor for our care teams, blending sharp critical thinking with exceptional patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Dynamic Patient Triage: Serve as the clinical air-traffic controller for patient needs. You will manage incoming concerns efficiently across multiple channels—handling phone triage, navigating MyChart messages, and assessing in-person walk-ins to ensure patients receive the right level of care at the right time.
- Emergency Response: Be the calm in the storm. You will maintain rapid-response readiness and step up swiftly and effectively to lead or support clinical codes and urgent, on-site medical emergencies.
- Patient Advocacy & Education: Empower our community through knowledge. You will provide impactful, easy-to-understand patient teaching, care-plan training, and preventative health education to help patients successfully navigate their health journeys at home.
- Care Coordination: Partner closely with primary care physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and medical assistants to streamline transitions of care, manage chronic diseases, and review lab results.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington (or compact license with WA privileges).
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (Outpatient Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Dept experience is highly valued, but passionate acute-care transitioners are welcome!).
Preferred Skills:
- Comfort utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR)—experience with Epic/MyChart is a major plus.
- Strong clinical assessment and telephone triage skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, multilingual patient population.
