Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to support a high-volume, non-dispensing specialty pharmacy and HUB services workflow. In this role, you will reliably own technician-level responsibilities, manage competing program priorities independently, and ensure seamless data entry and documentation. This is a full-time, hybrid position well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who excels in evolving healthcare environments and requires minimal day-to-day redirection.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process, review, and enter electronic prescriptions (eRx), performing first-pass completeness checks to catch missing data early.
- Monitor real-time progress across systems and manage daily/hourly reporting to maintain operational visibility.
- Navigate fluidly between pharmacy software and business intelligence platforms to upload and sync critical client files and images.
- Assist with prescription transfers, downstream pharmacy coordination, and administrative HUB services to support patient medication access.
- Recognize operational barriers or incomplete files, executing timely follow-through or routing issues to the pharmacist when appropriate.
- Maintain precise, audit-ready documentation according to regulatory standards (including HIPAA) and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the State of Arizona.
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
- Prior experience in a specialty pharmacy, HUB services environment, or non-dispensing pharmacy setup.
- Proven experience with electronic prescription (eRx) intake, data entry, and workflow management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with standard pharmacy management systems (such as SuiteRx or IPS) and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools (such as Commander).
- Advanced pharmacy technician credentials (e.g., PTCB CPhT-Adv).
- Associate degree or equivalent technical school training.
Skills

Additional Requirements
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to work remotely with the ability to come to the Scottsdale, AZ office at least 2 days per month.
