Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Front Desk Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish. The candidate should be willing to work one Saturday shift per month and float to the Flemington location once per week. Primary responsibilities include managing patient interactions and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate party or taking down messages for forwarding later.
• Check-in and Check-out of patients.
• Collecting patient information in the EMR system (Nextgen).
• Ensuring that each patient has the proper documentation and sign-in sheets.
• Handling correspondence and file transfers.
• Scheduling patients' appointments.
• Collecting co-payments.

Skills

• Spanish speaking.
• Strong soft skills.

Additional Requirements

Must be available for flexible scheduling, particularly Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential shift extensions at Bridgewater up to 8 PM and Flemington up to 6:30/7 PM.
