About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring patients receive accurate medication orders safely and on time. Working alongside pharmacists and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting efficient pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare medication orders for shipment
- Support safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing in partnership with licensed pharmacists
- Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant pharmacy workspace
- Troubleshoot order fulfillment and shipping issues in collaboration with pharmacy and operations teams
- Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency in a high-volume environment
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and patient satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through attention to detail and commitment to service
- Perform additional pharmacy and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, fulfillment, or medication dispensing experience
