Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical, architect-level Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for our client to execute a critical architectural expansion of their learning platform. This individual will lead the systemic structural design needed to separate, secure, and compliance-partition internal organizational training tracks from external client pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Partitioning & Architecture: Architect, build out, and isolate an entirely separate corporate organization within the existing Intellum LMS platform. Ensure complete data siloing so that internal teammate tracks and external practice networks remain structurally partitioned.
- Systems Integration: Partner with IT networks to design and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and automated compliance-routing profiles for incoming internal users.
- Reporting & Analytics Engine: Clean up legacy technical configurations and engineer robust compliance, tracking, and completions reporting engines to seamlessly audit training progression across thousands of learners.
Qualifications
- Direct administrative experience with the Intellum LMS platform is highly preferred.
- Deep technical understanding of LMS data partitioning, organizational tenant structuring, and complex user-role permissioning.
- Hands-on experience configuring SSO authentication linkages and deep data integrations within enterprise training environments.
