Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent responsible for handling lead volume primarily through inbound calls, with a focus on meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and achieving key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls (no cold calling).
- Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows for various topics.
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
- Identify customer needs and clarify information for Call Center Agents.
- Seize opportunities to transfer calls immediately or schedule appointments, where applicable.
- Build sustainable relationships by interacting in a professional and caring manner.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database comprehensively.
- Meet personal, team, and site call transfer targets.
- Handle inbound calls all day, every day.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Personal Lines in home state.
- 3 years of sales insurance experience.
- Embrace the latest technologies available.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages.
- Intermediate to expert computer acumen.
- Remote work environment - must have a distraction-free/private workspace with reliable internet access.
- Property & Casualty license is a plus.
