Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The Ultrasound Technologist will provide direct patient care while performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by a physician. This role supports the organization’s vision of delivering exceptional patient-centered care by ensuring accurate imaging, outstanding patient experiences, and strong clinical outcomes. Through technical expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with providers, this position contributes to patient satisfaction, diagnostic accuracy, and overall organizational success.
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by a physician and in accordance with established protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the exam process, answering questions, and helping to minimize anxiety
- Obtain and document relevant patient history and clinical information prior to imaging procedures
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate entry of patient demographics and exam information into imaging systems
- Ensure images are complete, properly labeled, and available for physician interpretation in a timely manner
- Assist physicians and providers during ultrasound-guided procedures when required
- Complete examinations efficiently while maintaining high standards of image quality, patient safety, and customer service

- Abdomen Certification
- ARDMS
- BLS
- 1-2 years of experience
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Equipment: GE Versano, BK Specto
