Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Receptionist/Legal Assistant responsible for managing first impressions and lobby operations, supporting executive functions, and overseeing office and mailroom activities. Key responsibilities include greeting corporate visitors, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel logistics, and supporting corporate meetings and events.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Greet incoming corporate visitors, manage phone lines, and maintain lobby security.
- Act as an Executive Assistant to the Facility Administrator, managing complex calendars and handling expense reports.
- Oversee the central mailroom, managing building badges, and fulfilling operational requests from internal staff.
- Support mid-to-large scale corporate meetings and create visual graphics using Canva.
- Assist with cross-departmental implementation projects and ensure organizational detail.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications
- A flawless track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience or interest in creative platforms and project management software.
- Preference for local candidates for a reliable commute.
Experience
- Experience in retail, high-end food service, or guest relations.
- Prior experience in a corporate office environment.
Schedule / Shift
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm or Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm. The lobby is open from 7:30am-4:00pm and requires coverage during open hours.
