Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the quoting and proposal process during peak enrollment and renewal periods through Salesforce case management. You will be responsible for managing inbound RFPs and quote requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order, and maintaining records within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the quoting and proposal process during peak enrollment and renewal periods.
• Manage inbound RFPs and quote requests through a dedicated Salesforce mailbox.
• Review submissions from agents, validate appointment status, and verify documentation.
• Conduct detailed audits of applications and supporting documents for compliance.
• Perform data scrubbing, quality assurance, and maintain records accurately within Salesforce.
• Review medical risk and underwriting-related information, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance industry with 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service within the industry (GROUP HEALTH/Employee Benefits experience).
• CRM experience is required.
• Experience with handling data and data entry.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce.

Skills

• Technical skills: CRM experience, data handling, proficiency in Salesforce.
• Soft skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
