Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Call Center Supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the patient assistance center. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, hiring and training representatives, and enhancing productivity through effective management techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Master all aspects of the department’s work procedures.
- Master all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Interview, hire, and train representatives.
- Supervise and monitor daily patient assistance center staff activities.
- Ensure compliance with department work procedures and policies.
- Maximize productivity through motivation, management tools, and a positive work environment.
- Assign daily tasks and manage workflow as needed.
- Assist with other assignments as designated by management.
- Identify workflow issues and propose solutions to upper management.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a frontline production employee (collections Rep).
- High school diploma required.
- Prior experience with medical billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications preferred.
Skills
- Technical skills such as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication and team management skills.
