Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Manager to help mentor and develop their current team, make confident independent decisions, and act as a trusted advisor for site leadership. The role includes working on initiatives such as MasterControl implementation, validation program development, and equipment qualification programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and teach team members
- Develop existing team members and build bench strength
- Operate independently and make firm decisions
- Confidently interpret regulatory guidelines
- Function as a trusted advisor to site leadership
- Implement MasterControl and develop validation master plans
- Oversee equipment qualification programs and IQ/OQ/PQ development
Qualifications
- Experience with eQMS systems
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
- Strong capability in audit readiness
- Expertise in validation programs
Skills
- Batch disposition/release
- Managing deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Conducting internal and external audits
- QMS leadership
