Front Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (occasional weekend rotation approximately once every 2 months)

We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Office Receptionist to join our growing fertility practice. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment. While previous medical front desk experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong customer service skills and a professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service
• Answer and route incoming phone calls to providers and clinical staff
• Collect co-pays and assist with insurance verification
• Print daily schedules, scan documents, sort faxes, and maintain patient records in the EMR
• Support office operations through administrative and clerical tasks
• Restock supplies and help maintain a clean, welcoming office environment
• Assist with patient flow, scheduling support, and general front office coordination
• Manage patient documentation and ensure accurate record keeping

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of medical office front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable seeing 30–50 patients per day
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus
• Bilingual Mandarin is highly preferred
• Experience with EMR systems preferred (EnableIVF experience is a plus)
