About the Opportunity
Located in Lenexa, KS, we are an exceptional healthcare employer offering a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that fosters professional growth and development. With a strong emphasis on compliance and patient safety, our organization provides a positive, solution-oriented culture where staff are empowered to make impactful decisions.
We are seeking a strong, operations-driven Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily administration and people management on the floor. Key Responsibilities
-
People Management & Accountability: Supervise, mentor, and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary team across different functional roles (pharmacists, technicians, and admin staff). Ensure staff are aligned, performing duties efficiently, and meeting operational standards.
-
Floor Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging people issues on the floor, resolving conflicts, and managing day-to-day workplace dynamics.
-
HR & Administration: Oversee all administrative duties for pharmacy personnel, including timecards, scheduling, performance management, corrective actions, and meticulous documentation.
-
Policy Enforcement: Enforce organizational policies, compliance standards, and procedures consistently, fairly, and professionally.

Clinical Familiarity: Demonstrated experience in infusion therapy or infusion nursing; experience with GLP-1 infusion or functional medicine infusion is a significant plus.
-
Leadership Traits: Strong HR and personnel management skills, with the ability to maintain a strong presence on the floor and enforce accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Education: BSN or higher nursing degree; a healthcare administration credential or MBA is a major plus.
-
Environment: Prior experience working in a pharmacy, clinic, or other highly regulated healthcare environment.
-
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with GLP-1, BHRT, or compounding pharmacy operations.
-
Adaptability: Experience managing staff across multiple departments simultaneously, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving processes.
