Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our Case Management team within a collaborative, community-focused nonprofit environment. This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional who thrives in a highly autonomous setting, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to serving individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping quality care, supporting clinical growth, and helping clients achieve meaningful recovery outcomes across our Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and creative problem-solving support to the Case Management team
- Review case notes and recovery plans to ensure documentation is measurable, clinically appropriate, and SMART-goal oriented
- Offer crisis triage support and guidance to staff navigating complex client situations
- Facilitate weekly team meetings focused on collaboration, provider coordination, and team development
- Represent the mental health professional role during interdisciplinary team meetings and provide required clinical oversight and service-hour signoff
- Support adults ages 19 through older adulthood receiving Medicaid/Medicare benefits and living with severe and persistent mental health conditions
- Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For - Required Qualifications
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the mental health field
- At least 18 months of experience within Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)
- 2+ years of supervision and/or leadership experience in behavioral health or social services
- Valid driver’s license, insurance meeting state requirements, and reliable daily access to a vehicle for work-related travel
Strong independent work ethic, leadership skills, and passion for community mental health
Preferred Qualifications
Prior CCS supervision experience
Interest in maintaining a small clinical caseload
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
