Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. The primary responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, operating autoclave processes, and following safety procedures. The role requires a professional appearance, effective communication with team members, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize pans, containers, and equipment to remove biological residue in accordance with company standards.
- Operate and support autoclave processes, ensuring proper sterilization of materials and equipment.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures within the washroom and autoclave areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Stand and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Monitor equipment and report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, dishwashing, or sanitation role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in an entry-level environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude in the workplace.
- Autoclave or sterilization experience is preferred but not required.
- Prefer Male candidates due to weight lifting requirements.
Schedule / Shift
1st Shift: 6 am- 2:30 pm
