Length of Assignment: 26 weeks (Contract to Hire eligible if wanted) but all travelers and local talent accepted
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (4x10 hour shift schedule available upon request)
State License Needed: Oregon Clinical Licensure - QMHP, MSW, LCSW accepted
Compensation: $2,800-$3,100 weekly gross pay
About the Opportunity
Medix is partnering with a leading community health organization to find a compassionate, dedicated clinician for a travel assignment in Boardman, Oregon. In this role, you will step into a vital community-focused environment to provide impactful, long-term care. As a Medix contract clinician, you will receive dedicated support throughout your assignment, with the opportunity for this contract to extend into a permanent position.
Responsibilities

Lifespan Therapy: Provide long-term therapy and clinical care to a diverse caseload spanning all age groups, from adolescents through geriatrics.

Crisis Transition Care: Support clients who may have initially entered the healthcare system in a crisis state, guiding them into stable, long-term therapeutic plans.

Community Collaboration: Actively partner and connect with local community pillars, including schools, DHS, local courts, and law enforcement.

Interdisciplinary Meetings: Attend all standard clinical morning meetings and collaborate daily within a supportive team of 3 to 5 clinicians.

Documentation: Maintain highly accurate, detailed, and timely electronic medical records (EMR) utilizing the Credible system.
Requirements

Language: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Clinical License in the state of Oregon.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-population, fast-paced clinic environment with a robust caseload.

Eligibility is based on verifying an average of 30 hours per week worked during the first 4 weeks of the assignment. Approved enrollment coverage begins no earlier than 60 days into the assignment, depending on plan selection.
