Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Rheumatology to join their in-office multi-provider infusion center. The RN will be responsible for administering infusions in a setting equipped with 8 to 10 chairs, handling 6 to 8 infusions daily, primarily serving adult and geriatric patients with rheumatological conditions. The position promises manageable workloads, a supportive environment with available providers on-site, and a focus on quality of life with no weekend or on-call shifts.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Administering infusions within a structured in-office environment.
- Collaborating with 1–2 Physicians and 3–4 Physician Assistants.
- Managing patient care focused on adults and geriatric populations with rheumatological conditions.
- Working alongside another nurse to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
Qualifications
- Active California RN License (with no disciplinary actions)
- 1–2 years of clinical RN experience
- BLS Certification
Experience
- 1–2 years of clinical RN experience in infusion centers, ER, ICU, Pre-Op, PACU, or Day Surgery preferred.
Skills
- IV proficiency and experience with infusion protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are a plus.
Schedule / Shift
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
