Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead and manage a single-site team in a dynamic outpatient healthcare setting. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, data performance metrics, and preparing the practice for strategic growth and multi-location scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and oversee a team of 10 to 15 personnel, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
- Facilitate daily operations and scheduling for multiple rotating doctors.
- Oversee the implementation of new practice management software and phone systems.
- Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly office metrics, focusing on practice production and collection rates.
- Develop and execute corrective action plans to improve performance metrics.
- Introduce new ideas and technological workflows to drive change within the practice.
- Prepare the practice for multi-location scaling and expansion over the next six years.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in successful single-site or multi-site operational management.
- Expertise in managing performance scorecards and holding teams accountable to KPIs.
- Ability to analyze metrics, diagnose inefficiencies, and execute strategic plans.
- High technological aptitude, including a functional understanding of AI tools.
- Experience in standardizing processes and leading software upgrades and transitions.
- Proficient in cross-functional communication across clinical, technical, and administrative teams.
Schedule/Shift
- Monday: 6:30am - 3pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am - 5pm
- Thursday: 6:30am - 3pm
- Friday: 6:30am - 2pm
