Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to support patient flow and assist with multi-site operations. The primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation within EHR, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and assisting with both clinical and administrative tasks to optimize productivity and scheduling goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Patient Flow
- Able to support Multi Site Operations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR
- Ensure rooms are stocked and compliant with OSHA and infection control standards
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints
- Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures
- Provide procedural support during fluoroscopy-guided interventions; C-Arm experience preferred
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection; phlebotomy experience preferred
- Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and sterile fields
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of specimens and imaging protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- MS Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Technical skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, MS Office
- Soft skills: Teamwork, communication
Additional Requirements
Orthopedic or Pain Management experience preferred.
Schedule
40 Hour week with Floating. Hours and Floating will be scheduled in advance.
