We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. Located at our multi-specialty ambulatory surgery environment in Everett, Washington, this position is ideal for a dedicated perioperative professional looking for a highly desirable daytime schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no evening shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, developing tailored nursing care plans, maintaining a strict sterile field, and circulating for a diverse array of surgical cases within our multi-specialty facility.
Schedule & Contract Details

Shift Structure: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Daily Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Work-Life Balance: Zero weekends, holidays, or evening shifts required

Contract Length: 13-Week Contract (High opportunity to convert to permanent hire upon satisfactory performance)
Key Responsibilities

Maintain unconditional patient safety and advocacy within the Operating Room environment.

Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive perioperative nursing care plans.

Strictly enforce sterile techniques and infection control protocols to optimize clinical outcomes.

Actively circulate for various multi-specialty outpatient surgical procedures.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $48.94 – $60.63 per hour (dependent upon depth of relevant perioperative experience)

Paid Sick Time: Accrued in alignment with Washington state ordinances (1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked).

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.

Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of hands-on perioperative (OR) nursing experience.
Preferred Experience
-
Demonstrated experience working within an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or a hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD).

Strong competency and hands-on experience with outpatient surgical circulating duties.
