Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Lead Shift Supervisor responsible for assessing employee health, providing first aid, and conducting occupational health assessments. The role involves ensuring team members' wellness, performing health screenings, and managing minor injuries or illnesses in a plant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess employee health by taking temperatures, checking vitals, and monitoring overall well-being.
- Provide first aid for on-site injuries and perform OTC medication administration (e.g., Tylenol, Motrin).
- Conduct health screenings and clearances through questionnaires and vital sign checks.
- Oversee medical evaluations for employees returning from FMLA.
- Perform occupational health assessments, including drug and alcohol screenings.
- Treat employees visiting the clinic for minor injuries or illnesses.
Qualifications
- LPN license with active status.
- BLS certification.
Experience
- 1+ years of LPN experience.
- Experience with Cority EMR and occupational health is preferred.
- Previous work in emergency, urgent care, or correctional facilities is beneficial.
Skills
- Proficiency with Cority EMR is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Work schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm.
