Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Clinical Site Manager to lead and manage operations at a turnaround site. The primary responsibilities include staff management, protocol execution, patient care, stakeholder communication, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full operational leadership and management of site staff.
- Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in daily tasks, training, and coverage.
- Manage multiple concurrent protocols from startup through completion.
- Conduct patient visits and perform clinical duties as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison with Principal Investigators, Pharma sponsors, and monitors.
- Oversee site revenue metrics, patient visit volume, and enrollment targets.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate data entry.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in clinical research or related field.
- Ability to hold team members accountable and delegate effectively.
- Experience in financial oversight including managing P&Ls and contracts.
- Expertise in clinical trial lifecycles and compliance.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials.
- Experience managing underperforming sites and establishing operational efficiency.
Skills
- Clinical research and site operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in direct patient care, phlebotomy, medication administration, and ECGs.
Additional Requirements
M-F 8 am - 5 pm; early mornings or late evenings may be required during busy times.
