Job Summary
As a Clinical Research Coordinator specializing in GI/Hepatology, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trial site operations. This role encompasses end-to-end management of clinical trials, from site launch to patient enrollment, ensuring adherence to protocols and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole full-time on-site representative, bridging communication between the clinic, Principal Investigator, and Sponsor.
- Lead trial execution for new site launches, ensuring operational workflows and site readiness.
- Oversee the lifecycle of Phase II/III interventional protocols within GI and Hepatology areas.
- Conduct patient-facing activities, manage infusion logistics, and ensure protocol compliance.
- Manage data entry and uphold regulatory compliance, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Phase II/III Sponsor-led interventional trials.
- Expertise in GI or Hepatology protocols is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in EDC, IRT/IWRS, and eTMF platforms.
- Proven ability to manage site operations autonomously.
- Exceptional skills in patient recruitment, consent, and retention.
Skills
- Mastery of phlebotomy, vitals, and patient assessments.
- High literacy in infusion visit workflows and patient monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills in startup environments.
- Ability to act as the professional face of the organization to PIs and Sponsors.
Schedule/Shift
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
