Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, mission-driven professional to drive growth for our client, a leading value-based primary care organization. In this role, you will be the face of our practice in the community, building trust with seniors and healthcare partners to ensure Medicare-eligible patients have access to the high-quality, holistic care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new patient growth year-round by identifying, cultivating, and securing enrollments through direct-to-consumer (DTC), business-to-business (B2B), and community stakeholder relationships.
- Meet with individual seniors and groups in their homes, senior centers, faith-based organizations, and other local gathering places to advocate for our unique healthcare mission and value proposition.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local community and center-based events designed to reach our target demographic, such as medically underserved or Medicare-eligible seniors.
- Cultivate professional relationships with health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, senior housing managers, and community providers to position our practice as the preferred referral partner for senior primary care.
- Partner with the internal Community Relations team on initiatives involving local officials, influencers, and public health programs to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Work closely with health plan agents and brokers to ensure prospective patients are enrolled in accepted plans and successfully assigned to our clinics in a timely manner.
- Leverage CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage the patient pipeline, maintain accurate prospect information, and document all sales interactions.
- Maintain a monthly activity calendar of community access points. Develop and execute market penetration plans for specific sub-markets and outreach channels.
- Engage with new patients through their initial appointments and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure long-term retention and resolve any service-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in community outreach, healthcare sales, or Medicare Advantage markets is highly preferred.
- Prior sales experience in the field.
- Able to learn Salesforce.
- Driving insurance and own vehicle.
Skills
- Experience in Medicare sales preferred.
Additional Requirements
- High local mobility required to meet patients where they are; very limited travel outside of the local market (less than 10%).
