Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients over the phone. The primary goal is to ensure patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries in both English and Spanish, efficiently scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidentiality of patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize computer skills for accurate appointment scheduling.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Assist with medical terminology as needed and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address patient needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and medical office settings.
- Ability to analyze information and assist patients effectively.
- Preferred: Understanding of insurance and patient flow.
