Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join their team. This role will involve working with FP&A and strategic finance, particularly within the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will excel at business partnering and possess a startup/growth-stage mentality to navigate and improve existing processes.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Engage in FP&A and strategic finance initiatives.- Partner with various business units to drive financial performance.- Build financial models and present narratives that explain the numbers.- Challenge and push back when necessary to ensure financial integrity.- Collaborate across FP&A, accounting, revenue cycle, operations, and leadership.
Skills
- FP&A and strategic finance experience.- Exposure to life sciences, clinical research, CRO, sponsor, pharma, or site networks.- Strong business partnering and communication skills.- Executive presence and ability to work within ambiguity.- Confidence in building financial models and crafting narratives.- Startup/growth-stage mentality and adaptability to evolving processes.- Preferred: Oncology experience.
