Job Overview
Medix is currently seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for an exciting contract opportunity with one of our valued healthcare partners in Cincinnati. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Radiologist and the supervision of the manager or supervisor to perform procedures that assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who is committed to high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.
Responsibilities

Provides for patient, family, and staff comfort and care prior to, during, and after a procedure.

Recognizes and responds appropriately to emergent situations.

Maintains accurate records through the completion of all paperwork; ensures all work is completed before submission.

Demonstrates the ability to consistently produce and evaluate CTs for diagnostic interpretation.

Demonstrates competency and knowledge of equipment and its operating procedures through ongoing CBE's.

Selects proper imaging protocols and parameters based on clinical history and follows departmental procedures.

Demonstrates organizational and communication skills to promote the well-being of the department.

Maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental team members.
Requirements

Certification: ARRT (CT) required.

Experience: Proven ability to consistently produce and evaluate CTs for diagnostic interpretation.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on clinical excellence.

Preferred: Previous travel experience is a plus.
