Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assembler to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to perform catheter assembly tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on the production floor by 7am.
- Receive and execute printed job instructions.
- Work with catheter shafts, including assembly and liner stretching.
- Punch holes, string shafts with copper wire and rings, and attach electro tips.
- Perform bonding using a heat box and UV connectors for the final product.
- Conduct sub-assembly and top assembly tasks.
- Attach heat shrinks under a microscope for extensive periods.
- Adapt to various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in catheter assembly.
- Proficient in communicating and executing catheter and shaft assembly processes.
- Accustomed to working under a microscope for extended periods (5+ hours).
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in catheter assembly.
- Familiarity with the complete catheter assembly cycle including machines and materials.
Skills
- Technical skills in catheter and shaft assembly.
- Soldering under a microscope (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability in tasks.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to start at 7am sharp, seating at the station is mandatory by this time.
