Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic On-Site Manager to lead the operational success, clinical quality, and growth of two local research clinics. The role includes managing day-to-day activities to optimize performance while acting as a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator for trial conduct. The Site Manager ensures contract obligations to sponsors are met and provides an excellent experience for study participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for two expanding sites, ensuring resources align with study goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a professional and ethical workplace.
- Monitor quality and recruitment metrics, developing solutions for enrollment challenges.
- Coordinate schedules and resources between two locations for flexible trial support.
- Perform clinical coordination, including phlebotomy and trial management from start-up to close-out.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain essential documents.
- Lead patient recruitment and retention for Endocrinology and Pediatrics trials.
- Establish strong relationships with Principal Investigators and serve as sponsor liaison.
- Maintain study budget oversight for profitability and compliance.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator managing industry-sponsored trials.
- Leadership skills or prior supervisory experience; promotion-ready senior CRCs are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in phlebotomy and patient care.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
- Experience with Endocrinology, Pediatrics, or General Medicine is highly preferred.
Skills
- CR leadership experience—must have been a lead/supervisor or very senior CRC.
- Full lifecyle clinical trial management—from study start-up to close-out.
- Business operations knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sites autonomously.
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to commute between local clinic sites.
- Ability to work a standard M-F schedule with flexibility for early or late trial visits.
