Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Back Office Manager to play a key role in clinical support, patient coordination, chart and lab management, quality & safety, and operations & logistics within their facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Conduct patient intake, assist with exams, manage medication refills, and handle specialty/procedure referrals.
- Patient Coordination: Assist with financial screening, scheduling, and reducing wait times to improve service quality.
- Chart & Lab Management: Perform pre- and post-clinic chart reviews; ensure lab results and encounter forms are complete and followed up on.
- Outreach & Follow-up: Partner with Health Coordinators to manage missed appointments, reminder calls, and high-risk patient tracking.
- Quality & Safety: Participate in Quality Improvement (PDSA) activities and perform regular quality assurance audits, including emergency kit inspections.
- Operations & Logistics: Monitor and order medical supplies; maintain stock and assist with administrative projects as assigned.
- Team Collaboration: Support front desk and clinical peers to ensure seamless clinic operations and improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- MA Diploma
- 1+ year of experience
- Exposure to Women's Health specialty
