Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Behavioral Health

Location:  Agoura Hills, CA
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day
Preferred Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flexible)
Duration: Temporary Assignment (minimum 3-month commitment)
Compensation: $35.00–$38.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical support and medication management for residents receiving behavioral health treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient vital signs.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurate charting.
• Conduct medication intake and reconciliation.
• Count, administer, and monitor medications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed SOAP notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health professionals.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the treatment team.
• Maintain compliance with all facility protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Live Scan clearance completed prior to start date.
• Strong clinical documentation and medication administration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or residential treatment settings.
