Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Biller to join their team. The primary responsibilities of this role include PBM billing, managing high-volume claims, collecting co-pays, and verifying eligibility. The ideal candidate will have a background in home infusion or specialty pharmacy RCM and be comfortable with claim adjudication and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• PBM billing (not major medical)
• Working with extremely high-volume claims
• Claim adjudication
• Handling authorizations
• Reviewing medical records for prior authorization
• Collecting co-pays
• Verifying eligibility

Qualifications

• Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy RCM Background - collector, biller, authorizations, pharmacy technician
• Must live within 20 miles of Irvine
• Must understand Prior Authorizations and manage their life cycle
• Proficient in claim adjudication

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend EMR

Schedule / Shift

M-F, 8am-5pm
