Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Program Director to oversee all clinical services at their supervised sites. This role entails delivering both program and clinical supervision to associates while ensuring compliance with relevant Board regulations. The Clinical Program Director will work closely with the site's Program Director and may carry a caseload.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Ensure clinical best practices, process excellence, and experience satisfaction throughout the enterprise.
- Collaborate with Program Directors for weekly Treatment Team meetings to ensure thorough care by the multidisciplinary team.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as referral sources, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide the clinical team with treatment planning tools while adhering to the clinical case management framework.
- Offer coaching and guidance to clinical team members to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.
- Direct the provision of clinical services, implementing a recovery-based psychosocial program.
- Assure minor needs are met through program activities.
- Integrate clinical staff into the therapeutic program and ensure therapy for minors.
- Foster communication between clinical staff and non-clinical departments.
- Represent clinical and behavioral specialists on facility committees.
- Maximize integration and cooperation of programs with community resources.
- Protect minors' rights through appropriate policies and legal compliance.
- Participate in grievance processes and meet with minors as necessary.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive written evaluations and assessments.
- Provide individual psychotherapy to assigned minors as needed.
- Participate in staffing and treatment team meetings, coordinating treatment plans.
- Communicate minors' legal status and rights, documenting their understanding.
- Consult with resource families and case managers regarding plans.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and upgrade skills through continuing education.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or other relevant behavioral sciences field (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW all work).
- Must be licensed with BBS/BOP for at least 2 years.
- Must be an eligible BBS/BOP Supervisor.
- Must have some supervisory history.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, and/or at-risk families.
- Provide a certificate of malpractice insurance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred).
Schedule / Shift
M-F 8am-5pm and available by phone after hours.
