Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic Outreach Specialist with a strong background in healthcare phone-based roles. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, making outbound calls, and working collaboratively with a team to achieve specified targets. The focus is on enrolling clients in care plans effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 550 auto dialer calls per month for cold calling.
- Complete 850 tasks per month as a team.
- Ensure 90% quality assurance reviews.
- Achieve a 30% or higher conversion rate by enrolling clients in care plans.
Qualifications
- CM background preferred.
- Problem solver, quick on their feet.
- Team player open to changes.
- LPN background preferred.
- Carrier and Phlebotomy or MA backgrounds preferred.
- Willingness to be on the phones is a must.
Experience
- 3-5 years working in a healthcare phone-based role.
Skills
- Proficiency in healthcare-related communication and customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
