Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced IVF Coordinator RN to join their fertility department. This position involves serving as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey, providing clinical guidance, education, and care coordination in a fast-paced, high-touch outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of IVF cycles, including scheduling, medication teaching, cycle monitoring, and follow-up care.
• Act as the main liaison between patients, physicians, embryology lab, and ancillary departments.
• Provide detailed patient education on treatment protocols, medications, and procedures.
• Review lab results, track cycle progress, and communicate updates to patients and providers.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed (e.g., ultrasounds, egg retrieval prep, embryo transfer support).
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within Epic Systems.
• Triage patient calls, address clinical concerns, and provide compassionate, timely support.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or women’s health required.
• Strong knowledge of IVF cycles, medications, and fertility treatments.
• Experience with Epic Systems or similar EMR platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient education skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or women’s health.
• Experience with Epic Systems or similar EMR platforms preferred.

Skills

• Technical: Proficiency with Epic Systems or similar EMR platforms.
• Soft: Excellent communication, organizational, and patient education skills.

Additional Requirements

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
