Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Medical Front Desk Specialist to act as the primary face of the clinic for patients arriving for orthopedic appointments. The position involves managing patient intake, handling inbound calls, and scheduling appointments to ensure efficient operation within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient intake - acting as the primary face of the clinic for patients arriving for orthopedic appointments and checking patients in/out.
• Managing inbound calls from patients and routing any messages/requests within EPIC to ensure they reach the correct clinical staff.
• Scheduling patient appointments.

Qualifications

• Prior EMR experience (EPIC preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience working in a physician office or outpatient setting.
• Experience in orthopedics or sports medicine is preferred.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible, can be 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or anything in between).
