Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Referral Coordinator to join their team. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent support in clinical front desk operations and managing referrals and authorizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage referrals and authorizations efficiently.
- Provide support at the clinical front desk.
- Ensure reliability and attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Maintain professionalism while adhering to a grey scrubs dress code.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of clinical front desk experience, particularly in referrals and authorizations.
- Athena experience is highly desired.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor is preferred.
- Bilingualism in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
