Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support audit and quality improvement initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating multiple audit and review activities, ensuring timelines are met, and supporting project-related tasks across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, strong in organization and communication, and comfortable working with data and tracking tools.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Coordinate and support multiple audit and review projects over a 6–9 month period
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and required documentation to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to request, collect, and organize audit-related materials
• Maintain organized records using tools such as SharePoint or internal file systems
• Assist with distributing and collecting surveys and compiling responses
• Support the creation of reports, summaries, and initial documentation drafts based on provided data
• Provide general project management support for additional quality improvement initiatives as needed

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements: 

• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Experience supporting projects or coordinating multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including working with data and tracking tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule/ Shift: Day Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
